International Court of Justice Rejects Most Ukrainian Claims Against Russia over Anti-Terrorism Treaty

On January 31, 2024, the International Court of Justice (the Court) handed down its judgment in the case concerning the Application of the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism and of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (Ukraine v. Russian Federation).
