OAS Permanent Council Considers How to Tackle Surge of Gang and Gun Violence

As gang and gun violence surges in the Western Hemisphere, Sir Ronald Sanders, in his capacity as president of the Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) convened a special meeting on November 1, 2023.
