Abstract:

At its 23^rd sitting held on October 12, 2023, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) adopted Resolution and Recommendation on the humanitarian situation in Nagorno-Karabakh. The debate as well as the Resolution and Recommendation were based on a Report prepared by the Committee on Migration, Refugees and Displaced Persons.
