Abstract: 
The Practicing Law Institute (PLI) presented a program on the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") in Washington, D.C. on October 30, 1985 which dealt with current issues facing the CFTC including international issues.  The heavily attended program brough together commodities traders, attorneys, accountants, and government officials from around the country.  The Chairman of the CFTC, Susan M. Phillips, chaired the program.
