Abstract: 
A publication called "Tax Administration Review" is being published jointly by the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrators (CIAT) Executive Secretariat and the Institute of Fiscal Studies of Spain as a result of an agreement concluded between CIAT and the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Spain.  The publication's second issue will focus on "the examination function in tax administration."
