Abstract: 
On October 17, the Justice Department announced that it had charged three men with murder and piracy for the hijacking of a Trans World Airlines (TWA) jet in June and the shooting death of one of its passengers, Robert Jean Stethem.  A $250,000 reward was also offered for information leading to the arrest of the three suspects.
