Abstract:
On December 3, 1985, William Ingle of Virginia Beach pleaded guilty to a charge of making a false statement to a federal agency to obtain $350,000 worth of assistance from the Overseas Private Investment Corporation.  The OPIC assistance was one of the first projects backed by the U.S. Government after the 1983 invasion of Grenada.
