US Government Suffers Set Back in Computer Crime Case

In U.S. District Court in Portland, Maine, Judge Gene Carter ruled that U.S. Attorney Pasquale Perrino, Jr. had failed to show that Mr. Kenneth Wu Hahn, 47, of Cocoa Beach, Florida was involved in transporting goods valued at more than $5,000 across state lines.
