Abstract:

On October 24, 2024, U.S. District Court Judge Michael S. Nachmanoff of the Eastern District of Virgina issued a memorandum opinion and order denying the request by plaintiff Community Associations (CAs) Institute for an injunctive and declaratory relief to prevent the enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) against the CAs.[1]
