On September 21, 2023, U.S. District Judge Joan Ericksen sentenced Mark Gyetvay to 86 months in prison after a jury in March found him guilty of crimes arising out of hiding millions of dollars in undisclosed Swiss bank accounts and submitting a false filing with the IRS.
