Abstract:
On June 17, 1986, the U.N. Economic and Social Council's Commission on Narcotic Drugs released its Draft Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances. The draft will be considered at the 32nd session of the Commission which will be held on February 2-11, 1987, in Vienna, Austria.
