Abstract:
Gary Lynch, SEC Enforcement Head, visited the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce, at the occasion of the second round of discussion between the two countries at the end of August, 1985.  In his presentation he focused on insider transactions and emphasized that while the U.S. is not singling out Switzerland, a significant part of the suspect transaction runs through this country.  The US authorities are not interested in a conflict but in a constructive cooperation with other governments.
