Abstract:
On December 24,1985, President Reagan issues Presidential Determination No.86-4, which requests the Secretary of State, George Shultz, to report to the Congress that Bolivia is certified pursuant to Section 611(1)(A) of the International Security and Development Cooperation Act of 1985, 22 U.SC. Sec. 2291 (P.L. 99-83), to receive continued assistance based on their progress in limiting the production of cocoa leaves.
