Abstract:
On June 16, 2025, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) issued a report entitled Designing a tax crime investigation manual: Key elements and considerations. The report was produced by the Task Force on Tax Crimes and Other Financial Crimes (TFTC) as an important resource that will operate as an indispensable guide for tax investigators and professionals.
