Abstract:
On September 16, 2026, the Kosovo Specialist Chambers delivered the Trial Judgment in the case of Specialist Prosecutor v. Hashim Thaҫi, Kadri Veseli, Rexhep Selimi, and Jakup Krasniqi (KSC-BC-2020-06). The Trial Panel II found that all four accused were criminally responsible for four counts of the war crimes of arbitrary detention against 385 individuals, cruel treatment against 49 individuals, torture against 303 individuals, and murder against 96 individuals.
