Abstract: 

The Assembly of States Parties to the Rome Statute (ASP or the Assembly) of the International Criminal Court (ICC) met in a Special Session on July 7-9, 2025 in New York, United States, to review the jurisdiction of the ICC over the crime of aggression, which establishes individual criminal responsibility for the planning, preparation, initiation, or execution of a manifest act of aggression.
