Council of Europe Takes Action to Enforce Its Court’s Judgments Against Russia

                At its 33^rd sitting on September 30, 2026, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has adopted its Resolution 2605 (2025) and Recommendation 2315 (2026) setting the legal, financial and political measures aimed at solving the problem of how to ensure the implementation of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) concerning the Russian Federation.
