Council of Europe Opens for Signature Third Additional Protocol to the European MLAT Convention

On September 19, 2025, the Council of Europe (CoE) opened for signature a new protocol to its Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters at the Ministers of Justice conference, organized under the Malta Presidency and focused on enhancing cross-border cooperation and mutual assistance.
