Abstract:

At its 27^th meeting held on June 29, 2018, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) adopted its resolution and recommendation on deliberate destruction and illegal trafficking of cultural heritage. The debate as well as recommendation and resolution were based on a Report prepared by the Committee on Culture, Science, Education and Media.
