Abstract: 
An uneasy calm has settled over the Georges Bank off New England.  While the U.S. Government has selected to ignore the decisions of the World Court in other regions, the Court's ruling on the U.S.-Canadian boundary extending out of the Gulf of Maine has been firmly embraced by both parties.
