Abstract:
On March 10, 2017, the Standing Committee, acting on behalf of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) adopted a Resolution on securing access of detainees to lawyers. The debate and resolution were based on a Report prepared by the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights.
