24th Summit of the African Union Continues Tense Relationships between AU and the International Criminal Court

At the 24th Summit of the African Union (AU) held January 23-31, 2015, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia,[2] the AU Assembly of Heads of States and Governments discussed, among other issues on its agenda, Africa’s relationship with the ICC and the case of Hissène Habré.[3]
