Abstract: 
                On June 27, 2014, after a long procedure involving both the ICC and the authorities of the Netherlands, the Dutch Council of State decided to return three witnesses to the Democratic Republic of the Congo, rejecting their claims of asylum and the pleas of several NGOs.[1]
