Abstract: 
                On April 4, 2012, Afghan President Hamid Karzai announced that he would establish a special prosecutor’s office and court to investigate a $900 million (£567 million) banking corruption scandal involving the Kabul Bank that jeopardizes funding for Karzai’s government.  He has also demanded the repayment of all bad loans within two months.[1]
