Mexican Government Protests the Kidnapping by the State of Texas of Its Nationals

During the pendency in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit of the order by a U.S. District Court of the dismissal of the celebrated kidnapping case of Dr. Alvarez Machain, the Mexican Government has again levied a strong protest to the United States Department of State over another kidnapping of two Mexican nationals.
