Abstract:
The Government of Colombia is attempting to improve its image in the United States. Ambassador Humberto Serna, the Colombian Minister Plenipotentiary to the United States for Education and Culture, described the efforts of his government to the Washington Foreign Law Society at a luncheon held on May 13, 1986.
