Abstract:
Eurojust launched the Strategic Project on Environmental Crime in the Spring of 2013 upon its approval by the College of Eurojust that April. The overall objective was to strengthen and improve cooperation among national authorities and Eurojust in the fight against environmental crime. More specifically, the Project assesses the present situation and identifies problems, obstacles and possible solutions with regard to European and international cooperation.
