Abstract: 
On November 6, 2014, law enforcement agencies in the U.S. and Europe acted against illegal Internet sites designed and operating to enable its users to buy and sell illegal drugs and other unlawful goods and services anonymously and beyond the reach of law enforcement.  U.S. law enforcement also announced the arrest of Blake Benthall, also known as “Defcon,” who is allegedly the creator and operator of the Silk Road 2.0 website.
