Abstract:
The Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe – OSCE (the world’s largest regional security organization, with 57 member states) held its 22nd annual session on June 29 to July 3rd, 2013, in Istanbul, Turkey, where it adopted an important political Istanbul Declaration. Part of it is a Resolution on Cyber Security.[2]
