Abstract:

At its 23^rd sitting on June 26, 2013, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) adopted two significant documents concerning the obligation of member and observer states of the Council of Europe to cooperate in the fight against corruption: Resolution 1943 (2013) and Recommendation 2019 (2013). Both the debate and these two documents were based on the Report prepared by the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights.[2]
