Abstract:
On November 22, 2012, Mexican authorities arrested Jose “Joe” Luis Saenz, who was one of the FBI’s 10 Most Wanted Fugitives in Guadalajara, in a joint operation with the U.S., and returned him to Los Angeles the next day to face charges of murder, kidnapping, and rape.[1]
