Abstract: 
On November 18, the Chilean Supreme Court in a 3 to 2 vote upheld a September 21 ruling by Justice Adolfo Bandos indicting two chiefs of the former military Government's secret police who are accused of assassinating Orlando Letelier, the former Chilean Ambassador to Washington. In particular, the indictments are for murder and forgery charges.
