Abstract: 
Recently the Swiss Senate began discussing a bill for a Conferderate Stock Exchange Statute, Section 30 of the bill provides that the Confederate banking commission or a stock exchange commission, which would need to be created as a control authority, will be abele to conduct mutual exchange of information with foreign control authorities. In 1982 a similar bill on exchange of information failed.
