Abstract: 

On November 18, 2011, at the third meeting of Ministers Responsible for Public Security in the Americas (MISPA III) in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, convened by the General Assembly of the Organization, the attendees adopted recommendations to improve police management in the Western Hemisphere.[1]
