In November  2011, the Portuguese government detained Domingos Duarte Lima, 55 years old, an attorney and former Portuguese member of Congress, who is accused of killing his secretary, Rosalina da Silva Cardoso Ribeiro, in Saquarema (region of Lagos) on December 7, 2009.1
