House Passes Exotic Bird Legislation, but Some Critics Are Still Not Wild About Wording

Last month, the International Enforcement Law Reporter carried a story Polly Wants Protection Not a Cracker Contend Concerned Onlookers on pending legislation HR 5013, otherwise known as the Wild Bird Conservation Act.
