Abstract:
On November 22, 2010, Europol started Project HAVEN -Halting Europeans Abusing Victims in Every Nation. The project was unveiled at Europol’s annual meeting of Child Sexual Exploitation Experts and arms to detect and disrupt European Traveling sex offenders that exploit local children in destination countries.
