Abstract:
On October 31, 2011, U.S. law enforcement announced that a 17-month multi-agency investigation, “Operation Pipeline Express,” has dismantled a major narcotics trafficking organization suspected of smuggling more than $33 million worth of drugs monthly through Arizona’s western front.
