Abstract:
On October 15, 2003, Mexico extradited three persons to the United States, including one man whose extradition was requested for murder in New Mexico and two men wanted for drug charges in Texas.
According to the U.S. Embassy in Mexico, Mexico had extradited 31 persons and deported a similar number of foreign suspects to the U.S. In addition, Mexico had at the time arrested, but not yet extradited, 39 suspects wanted abroad...[more]
