Abstract:
On September 20, 2000, a local court with Kosovo Albanian judges and one French judge sentenced Milos Jokic, 21, to 20 years in prison for killing ethnic Albanians in the first trial for war crimes committed in Kosovo during the violence and crackdown by Yugoslav forces last year.
