Caribbean Countries Express Concern About Criminal Deportees from the U.S.

"On August 20, 2008, Baldwin Spencer, Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, who is also the chairman of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), reiterated his concern about the U.S. practice of deporting criminal aliens and the severe adverse impact the practice is having on CARICOM members..
