White Collar Crime Committee, Crim. Justice Section Passes Recommendation that Defendants Have Access to MLATS

On November 10, the American Bar Association's (ABA) White Collar Crime Committee, Criminal Justice Section passed a recommendation concerning the Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties.  The recommendation came from the Subcommittee on International Criminal Assistance.
