Abstract:
The United States Supreme Court has granted certiorari to hear the case of Doe v. United States.  This case has significance for practitioners concerned with international enforcement law because it concerns whether a court order compelling a target of a grand jury investigation to authorize foreign banks to disclose records of his accounts violates the target's Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination.
