U.S. Practitioners Discuss Anti-Apartheid Act of 1986

On December 4, 1986 legal practitioners gathered in Washington, D.C. to discuss the implementation of the Comprehensive Anti-Apartheid Act of 1986, Pub. L. 99-400.  The panel discussion was sponsored by the American Bar Association Committee on Foreign Claims, the International Law Section of the District of Columbia Bar Association and the Washington Foreign Law Society.
