Abstract: 

   On November 20, 2012, an indictment was unsealed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia against Amin Ravan, a citizen of Iran, and his Iran-based company, IC Market Iran (IMI), charging them with conspiracy to defraud the U.S., smuggling, and violating the Arms Export Control Act (AECA) in connection with the unlawful export of 55 military antennas from the U.S. to Singapore and Hong Kong.[1]
