                On May 16, 2015, the U.S. Department of Justice announced the arrest of Tianjin University Professor Hao Zhang upon his entry into the U.S. from the People’s Republic of China (PRC) in connection with a recent superseding indictment in the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of California (San Francisco).[1]
