Abstract:

On February 4, the Securities and Exchange Commission announced that on January 31 letters have been exchanged between the Securities and Exchange Commission and its counterpart, the French Commission des Operations de Bourse that bring into force a December 1989 enforcement assistance agreement between the two agencies.
