Abstract:
On October 15, 2015, during a meeting of the Ministers of Justice and Attorneys General for the Americas (REMJA), U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch discussed a range of international legal cooperation initiatives in the region, including on asset forfeiture, cybercrime, and strengthening international infrastructure and training. Her remarks provide an opportunity to reflect on some of the work REMJA has done on these two issues.
