Abstract: 
On June 9, 2007, the United States and Peru extended the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) imposing import restrictions on pre-Colombian archaeological artifacts and Colonial ethnological materials from all areas of Peru. The MOU, originally signed on June 9, 1997, was extended for a five-year period and amended effective June 9, 2007.
