Abstract:

On December 24, 2015, the Secretary General of the United Nations submitted to the General Assembly his report within the context of the United Nations Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy. The present Plan of Action to Prevent Violent Extremism considers and addresses violent extremism as, and when, conducive to terrorism.
